“Sky Stage Lighting Array”

Summary: a moveable and controllable lighting installation for a historic outdoor performance space.

Location: Frederick, MD

Materials: clear textured glass, solder, and support rods, mounted to plywood cabinets with LED par lights. Infinity mirrors made with glass mirror, acrylic, one-way mirror film, and LED string lights.

“Sides of ROC”

Summary: three 6’x9’ digital collage prints for exterior installation depicting Rochester’s east side, west side, and city center through a punchy, dystopian lens.

“Reflection”

Summary: an experiential illusion for a found material pop-up installation.

Materials: Salvaged tempered glass mirrors, LED color-changing ball light, cardstock triangular corner frame

“Möbius Table”

Summary: a custom table designed to represent the mathematical paradox of a one-side shape known as the Möbius Strip, fabricated by Zale Contracting Inc.

Summary: a lighting installation for the Frederick Arts Council’s outdoor performing arts space called Sky Stage.

Status: galvanized steel tube, LED color-changing tube lights, stainless steel cable, eyebolt anchors

“Mr. Offcuts”

Summary: an abstract character piece composed of salvaged plywood offcuts from a CNC project by NYC designer, Nick Mercado (www.nicky.nyc). Includes metal, acrylic, and lighting components.

“Barnacle Clusters”

Summary: a lighting installation for the FAC Art Center using stained glass style construction with metal framing to pile up textured glass dodecahedrons and integrated DMX controllable bulb lights.

Summary: a sculptural park bench aiming to create an eye catching landmark with simple, modular construction composed of marble, precast concrete, cast-in-place footings, and stainless steel stone anchors.

Summary: concept for a bollard light composed of textured, cast glass panels vertically mounted in a rounded stainless steel base shoe with integrated LED uplights.
